hello, just want to say that the people on this site are wonderful folks. i usually search the site for answers before posting but i cannot find anything on this. i am setting up did on a ctx 670 and when i submit my new did i just set up i get a error "the entered gco key group does not exist in the system". i am not using dit so i dont see why gco keygroup would be an issue. any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Just to check, you are creating a DID in the Trunk - DID section.
Have you already got DID's programmed, or is the first one? If it is the first one, you need to make sure that particular ILG is setup as a DID group, as compared to DIT, and that the number of DID digits is set correctly.
Apart from that, if you don't want to use GCO, then jsut set the GCO for 0, same for pooled group.
