When I try to change the time using the admin mailbox on most of our remote Statagy DK424s I get the message "unable to do that at this time" as soon as I hit 6 to get into date and time. Can anyone offer any insight as to why this is? Thanks.

i was told by my boss or a senior tech not to use this feature as it caused "problems"(this was a few years ago). I too have had a similar prompt when having access issues entering this and other boxes on all flavors of that software on multiple stratagy's. It tends to to be very intermittant. Usually i just wait a few minutes and it clears itself. Martin
I thought if you went through the plug and play and told it , it was a DK it wouldn't enable the VM cloking off the KSU, and I thought it had to be SMDI integrated also
