I have a DKT2010-sd phone which is displaying: CF-NA:590-400
I took this to mean Call Forward is on, but I can not cancel it. The manual says to [PDN]+#604+Spkr
This only returns a forward to? message?
Any ideas?
Thanks, Dan -------------- Strata DK 280

Push the PhDN button 590 first, then dial #604+SPKR.

I might be doing something incorrectly. What exactly is the PhDN button?
In the past all I would have to do is hit Spkr then # etc..

Phdn = phantom ext. , which phone system do you have a DK or CTX/CIX , if it is a DK then intercom #604 then hangup will clear, if it is a CTX/CIX do intercom #605, like phonemeister said you will need to press the Phdn then dial #604 or #605. What is the range of you ext. numbers ? If you are unsure of the Phdn button go to another phone and dial intercom 590 then go back to the phone you want to clear and see which button the call came in on that will be the Phdn(590)

dan, phdn's are used as fake extensions for a variety of purposes. Perhaps this one is used to forward certain calls to a general mailbox. I wouldn't clear the forward if I were you...ask your dealer - it has to be there for a purpose.

pkley - the desk this phone is on didn't used to have this msg on it. It is a recent (1-2 mth) msg. My guess is that someone probbaly added it by accident - hitting buttons or something.

Dan - Steve said go to ANOTHER phone and dial ext. 590. Then look at ext. 101 and see which button is flashing. That is the PhDN button.
Also, If I'm not sadly mistaken, CF-NA is No Answer and the code is Int. #603.
