Windadmin works on windows XP or vista. I understand teck support has it working on win 2000. any way you must have all fire walls turned off when loading this program. besure to turn your pop up blocker off befor executing program.

Also make sure you haven't got a toolbar (Google, Yahoo!, etc.) running. Uninstall if you do.

I've had winadmin running on Win 2K and Win XP, but I doubt it runs correctly on Vista. They barely got eManager Vista compatable and they stopped updating winsmin some time ago.
That error looks like an IIS problem to me. Sometime a re-install may help. During the install a new user should have been created on your machine (can't remember what the user for einadmin was called). You could make sure that a new user was created and then check IIS settings to make sure that Anonymous access is allowed for the and that the winadmin user is being used to log in.
I can later check my machine that I have eManager running if you need more detail instructions on checking IIS setup. One time I had a simular error because the password I told eManager to use was too small for the policies on my machine, so the eManager user was never created. I had to reinstall and use a more complex password.
