Hi I have a Toshiba GVPH in skin installed on a CIX40. Two mailboxes have notification templates set up to call the cell phone when they have messages....this is working but when they get the call from vm and don't listen to and save the message just hang up (busy with a customer) vm continues to call them. I set the delay to 1 min and the max tries to 1 but from what I understand the max try is sucessful since the hung up it is not considered sucessful any work around in the token string? The token string is
9,W(4,T)%V,,W(3,V),P(U)P(M)F-XX,*YY#

I dont think there is a work around. I have had the same issues many times before and had to tell the customer that this is just the way it is.

Ditto. Just had that issue. A plain notify without the login shouldn't repeat, but users seem to like being able to login immediately.

I don't understand why the Max tries is even there if it continues to call.

Stratagy will not expire the max tries till all the actions in the method field has been executed. I think you can end the string with P(U)P(M) but then stratagy hangs up on you and you can't listen to the messages

If you want it to notify once, extend the repeat timer to 9999. This will give them approximately seven days or infinite... never tried waiting that long.

It continues to try them because it sees the call as unsuccesful because they hung up and did not check/save the message.

I will play around with the tokens and timers tomorrow. The sale person is all over me to fix this issue "this cell phone notify is the reason he got the cell" I'll post any sucess or work around I might find. Thanks for the quick responses.
