Ok IM a long time reader and now I require help frown
As The Networking Guy I have been "Given" a CTX 100 unit and several dkt3010sd desk units. the previous person was dismissed and now we need to change the incoming VM message. I dont have the PIN or any other info I know I have to do it from the reception (200) phone. I called a local installer and was quoted upwards of 750 USD for a reset of the password and a basic primer of seeing up extensions and such since i am a new user.
I downloaded a few manuals but non point to a default pin for the VM change.

can anyone please help me?

OK your Greeting Mail Box schould be 990
security code xxxxxxxx (default)
If not, you need a dos program (Stratagy R4admin)
form toshiba to access the mail mant. and reset
the password.
the login password for this is xxxxxxx and it is case sensitive.
