I have a customer with a CTX160 running 3200 series phones. He wants to set it up so that his Receptionist (currently with a 3220 and 3260SS)can transfer incoming calls via her desk top computer.
Is all I need the PC Attendent Consoule or do I need to match it up with Software as well?
Also is it dependent on SW of the CTX processor SW level?

Instead of the attendant console, I would recommend installing a Netserver and Netphones. Netphones work in conjunction with the desktop phone and can do drag and drop transfers and so much more.

I agree with RRino... Netphone is inexpensive and has much more, feature-wise, than a traditional pc-attendant.
