Need to have the main greeting repeat when you press 9. What I have programed in is 9 transfer to 990 under the menu tab. When you do press 9 it goes to the instructional greeting even in the middle of the main greeting.

What does the Greeting say? Record that in the Instructional greeting. Once the system answers, I don't think you can go back to the main greeting.

Is the main greeting recorded under 990 greeting 1? I think you may need to add a step to avoid creating a loop in the VM. You could program 9 as another mailbox (say 650) - delete the extension field, uncheck store messages and trun DND on. Record the greeting to say "to repeat this menu press 1" and program 1 in mailbox 650 to be 990.
This way you ge the caller out of mailbox 990 to avoid creating a loop.
Hoepfully this makes sense?

Amy,
I think you got it. I used to do this for multiple of my customers.

Thanks breed worked great and also thanks to everyone else for input. I posted this same problem on the "the official" Toshiba forum and had 2 views and no replies. Sundance Rocks
