After programing DKT2020 using program 39, the buttons 11-20 do not hold programming at a particualar port. Phone works fine at another phone port for all buttons. Appears the port is only allowing programming of buttons 1-10.

Hi Stephj37.Check program 38 and make sure the port is set as a code 31 not 21. 31 = 20key ,21 = 10key.

Write down the buttons that are programed now. If you change prg 38 from 21 to say 31, it will default the key programing for that port.
