This one really burns me up. I can get into some remote sites no prob. then others I can't. I get the Cant connect to call Agent. First I thought comm.name or IP. I have a desk top we back stuff up to that I set up a connection on and with the same setting I get in. My laptop the very same setting and site wont allow it. Has this happened to any one else. I do get handshake with the phone sys. modem but not able to connect with Emanager. :bang:

I have noticed something similar at times, to get around it, I set up a whole new equipment profile for the modem. Set it up with the IP of the modem so the .254 address and calle it "default modem". When I try dial in to a site and get that error, I leave the modems connected, un-select the actual site, select the "default modem" equipment, and hit connect. Make sure the dial up box is unchecked. This works almost all of the time so give it a try. If you need a little mor clarification, pm me and I will try to elaborate a little more.
