Multiple call group will ring both extension at same time, or you can have one delayed. You can use pilot # 280 if you remove it from the hunt group.
Creating one is easy. Create, enter an index number (just use 1 if 1st one), and a pilot number (280). On the members tab you just add up to 25 people to the listof phones that you want to ring.
Two ways to forward to voicemail; either set system cf template (usualy one, same as the extensions). Or methode 2, is to put the voicemail pilot number in the list as delay 2 ringing. I do it that way if I need more control over the timing.
Set VMID and you should be set.

Newtecky may friend you are the MAN. Worked like a charm...They are both ringing, you get to voicemail ok, everything is good again. When you leave a message though, the phone MSG doesn't lite up on neither phone. Is this because they didnt go through the VM set up process on the phone? I know I have it set up in the VM system (Stratagy ES Administration)...Either way man, thank you so much you saved my weekend

Glad it worked for you.
Lighting up the message light on multiple phones can be a bit tricky, involving PhDNs on each phone. It would be easier, if you had a common box of 280 for example, to copy all messages to another VMbox, then delete them. That way the messages won't get overlooked.

Yes, the most important thing was to get the Vmail to work. I'm not too concerned about lighting up at this point. Thank you all for helping out...
