Hi, I administer a Toshiba CTX 100 with Strategy IVP8 R2 voice mail with 4 ports. Over the last 2 or 3 days a very strange intermittent problem has arisen. It seems that occasionally you cannot get into voice mail. sometimes it just rings, sometimes our night announcement picks up, sometimes you get a busy signal, and sometimes it picks up with the standard "enter your security code". So far I have been unable to see and pattern to this whatsoever. It is occurring regardless of how many ports are in use. Does anyone have any insight as to what this may be?

It could be the voicemail or it could be the CTX. There's too many things that could cause these problems. I would suggest that you have a certified Toshiba technician come out to take a look.
