I'm sure there is a simple fix for this. Now, whenever I get a DID call I see the line flashing but there is no ring.

what system ya working on? also what is flashing, a co trunk, or a DN. If a DN does it ring when you call the DN directly?

I just deleted and recreated my extension seemed to cure the issue. But it's a Strata CTX. I use Emanager.
