Hi Guys,

I have a customer with a DK280 that looses programming everytime the power goes out and causes some adverse effects. the Battery on the processor does show voltage, any other ideas on why or how this looses its programming.

Either the battery strap is set to "off" or the battery is dead. There really isn't any other way.

Battery and strap are on the processor board, which is the 1st board on the left. I have never seen one of these batteries go. Make sure your strap is on.

Battery is a 3 volt lithium. CR2032 should do.

If the battery is good and the strap is in the on position , either time to upgrade or get a battery backup
