Hey,
I need help again. So we were doing to power changes in the server room today and the phone switch got turned off accidently. When it came back up there was an issue with the voicemail. When calls are transfered to the voicemail extenesion or people try to access their voicemail it no longer automatically opens up their voicemail box, it goes to the auto-attendant. Any clue on this?
