I need to program a Toshiba IVP8 to answer a line outside of the main hunt group but I have no programming instructions.

Any suggestions?

The line comes in on line 5 seperate from the roll-over lines - but there is no seperate extension/physical phone for that phone number. I do have a phone that could be for that line if necessary.

It may seem like a simple question, but programming the Toshiba system if not as easy as it sounds. The programming is in the phone system, which will send the call to voicemail. To program to phone system you need programming software.

Did you want all calls to be picked up the the voicemail's defaut auto attendant? That would be a pretty easy setting for a Toshiba tech, but a far more dificult task for anyone else, especially without the software.
