I need to dial * & # as a dial string, but I am unable to do so. I "fixed" this on another DK system, but now I'm at a loss.
Help me !

May be digit restricted, or the * is a speedial key unless the speed dial key is assigned to a flexible button. Therefore, if a speed dial key is not assigned to a button, the * is the speed dial key which will not allow you to use as a * in a dial string.

I think I recall that you have to have a speed dial key programmed on the phone for the star and pound to work properly. I could be wrong.

You're right. I used Program 39 & put 497 on Buttom 20, and everything's cool.
