I found out today that MyPhoneManager (5.20) also does not install on XP Pro with SP3 installed. It's been reported to Toshiba but until then I'd like to find a work around for it.... Any ideas?

They released a newer version of both eManager or Network EManager that does install on SP3. EDIT: Oops. Ok you said My Phone manager didn't you. Well this talks about emanager on SP3, which is simular and may or may not help. https://www.sundance-communications.../ubb/get_topic/f/11/t/003052.html#000000

I saw that other entry. While the problem is the same the work around offered does not appear to be an option for MPM. I am running some ideas on my system involving modifying registry entries long enough to convince the install that SP2 is installed. I'll post the info as I figure it out.

To make the registry idea work I'd have to delete or rename the SP3 entries if Sp2 was previously installed. I have no system to test with which does not previously have SP2. The other work around mentioned may work, skipping steps 2 and 5. After I have a chance to try it I'll log it in here.
