Got a customer that wants phones added to a Teleco dk40. Will a bdku work? I think it has kctu cards in it now. Is there any way to get in to the vm? I tried calling voice mail and login to an admin box the the ivp8 but seems like it's only accepting 2 digit's. It's a contact dk with what looks like a s-video cable

a bdku should work as long as the jumper is in the pdku mode.
As far as I know the only way into a contact DK is through the admin box.

Thats what I thought but when I try the 3 digit number for the admin seems like VM is stopping after 2 digits

If the mailbox's are 2 digit then the admin box will be 2 digits , it is totally different from the IVP8

Thanks for the manual steve, Looks like the admin box is what I was doing only 2 digits. I'll try it next time I'm on site
