I have a strata DK 280 system and we have 2 classrooms with extensions that have outgoing calling blocked. They now want to have webinars in these classrooms and I need to have an outside line available.

I am hoping there is an easy change to this in order to unblock that extension. My other option is to swap extension ports in the back for these classes then swap back.

You will need to have Toll Restriction setup with an Override Code.

Is this something easy from the voicem ail tool?
It does not sound like it.

You really should contact your local Toshiba dealer, as this can be handled one of two ways : both of which are quick and under an hours work.

1. Un-restrict the phone entirely in 48

or

2. Set-up an over-ride code as p2ii suggested, which will take longer, but is the correct way to do it.
