I have a CTX670 with IES32, I have created a new extension and I can pick up a call on the new extension, however when I try to call it from another extension I receive a 172 Extension Vacant. I would appreciate any help that you can offer.

Thank You
Ron

Delete extension 172 and recreate it. See if the problem still happens after you recreate.

For some reason it sounds like the system didnt fully create the extension.
