Happy New Year everyone.
First Post, google'd and saw some good answers and questions so hope you can provide some help to me.
Added Plantronics S11 to a DKT3010, which was simple S11 plugs into the 3010 and the handset plugs into the S11, Handset / Headset button works, headset works and handset works, yes they have to lift the handset off cradle to answer but it meets their needs fine. ... and worked wonderfully for the first few hours.
After that the original handset could hear but the mouth microphone did not. The S11 Headset worked fine, but not the original handset.
Disconnected everything, and return to original config and the handset works again.
Plug the handset back into the S11 and microphone doesn't work, very strange.
Any thoughts??

to the Board! Please complete your profile so we are better able to assist you. I had a similar situation a few years ago and I called Plantronics. They said the only base units that are truly compatible with Toshiba are the M10 and M12. Good Luck

I have only installed the M12 bases, as they are the most compatible along with an B/HHEU.

The one and only nice feature about the s11 headsets is that you can plug the headset directly into the handset jack without the base unit plugged in. Put a release key on the DKT and you are good to go. You no longer will need the handset. Had a call center set there phones up that way, worked great.
