REVISED POSTING-
I'm fishing for a vendor in my area to help me with emergency support on a CIX670. As in down hard hard during business hours, or hardware issues. One of two vendors Toshiba lists is overbooked and can help in only limited ways, the other vendor apparently does not respond to sales inquires by phone or email,even from Toshiba's website. Referral attempts from Toshiba themselves have proved infuriating and useless. I'm in Kingston, NY.
Thanks everyone. I have never regretted a business decision as much as making this one about Toshiba systems, after talking with that company's representative.
