We have a customer with a Toshiba DK 424. The flash button assigned is not working with 2 way calling from the C.O. It should give 2nd dial tone and is not. Can anyone advise on what the problem might be? Thanks.

Test it first with a buttset/testset to make sure you have it on all the lines. If you do then you need to check program 12 for flash timing.

The default flash value is 2 seconds and no one could rationally explain that. You do have the button set as 499 for flash?
