Hey,
I'm not sure what it's called, but we have a phone that the pages come through when on a call. We would like to turn this feature off & not have it page the phone when on a call, but I'm not sure what it's called or where it would be. Any assistance would be great. It's a CTX100, I believe. But the terminology to look for on the toshibas would be helpful.

make sure the phone in question is not in a page group, also might check that the paging is not a emergency page.
