Well, that answer I ALREADY knew. Since this is out of my pocket, I'm trying to find the solution HERE. In turn, maybe I'll be able to help someone else, with an AVAYA question. We're all trying to make a living here.

If you default the system you won't really achieve anything, except all the phones on incoming call will just ring, and the voicemail will never pickup, even for extensions RNA.
Line 3 is picking up because the system is picking up that line to to transfer the call to the extenal number.
The most common way is to use a Phantom extension, which basically is an extension that lives on another phone on one of the buttons. It could be hard to tell which phone it is on
If they are display phones look for a phone that says Call Forward External. The Phantom ext may be there.

Mr.newtecky, that's exactly what I want to accomplish. They don't use voicemail, and don't want it. They just want the 7 phones to ring until answered. No programming. Would you please PM me the steps. It would be GREATLY appreciated. Billy

I seem to have the opposite problem. Our phones continue to ring if unanswered, and we want to forward them into a specific mailbox after a set number of rings.
I've got a CTX100 and would really appreciate any help in accomplishing this. I'm not familiar with Toshiba phone systems (or any brand, for that matter, but the IT guy always gets stuck managing the phones).

Marcus,
If you could create a new thread for your topic, that would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
