Hi. We also have the Toshiba CTX100 and the IPT 2010 phones. In V5.20B05 how do I set the IP address of our new ISP? Also how do I change the IP address in the phones to match the new ISP? And, it would also be helpful to find the old info for safekeeping before I make the changes. Thanks.

Thanks,
Rick

Rick -

The Software version you provided is the eManager program. What is the Software level in the CTX100? Got to IPTelephony, XIPU Config and set the IP address, Subnet and Gateway.

Now available Voicemail Programmer Kit to program your Toshiba Voice Mail across your network.
