Hi i have a Strata CTX100 and i need to print out a report for every single call made from every ext. so i can keep track of every call made so i can compare the phone bill with the report made by the CTX 100 so i can track wich calls are been made that are not allow to make; any body can help me please?.

We have always used Ultimate Call Accounting and never had any problems. Their support was very good too. https://www.uspnet.com/call_accounting_tab.asp

Also if you don't have a BSIS card in the system, you'll need to contact your Toshiba dealer and have one installed.
