Where in emanager do I set which phone rings when the number is dialed? We are using extensions so right now we have a multiple call group to ring 2 phones when our number is dialed.
But I dont know where in emanager I can see this number.
Basically, I want to stop those 2 phones from ringing and only have our secretarys phone ring. I know how to take out the multiple call group thing, but how do I then tell emanager, "when 123-4567 is dailed, I want you to ring extension 16"?

Under MCG-> Member, remove the phones you don't want to ring and then add the one you want to ring.

I think what you are looking for is in the Trunk section. That pilot number 512 has been assigned to be the destination of one of your trunks/DID's.

If you have analog trunks, then under Trunk, Assignments, select one of the lines and look on the DIT tab.
If you have DIDs, then look at the DID/DNIS table view and look for the the dialed digits, usually the last 4 numbers of the phone number.

You should really stop and contact your local Toshiba dealer! You need to learn the basics of programming first, before you make a critical error. An hour's worth of training to learn how to use eManager and make adds, moves and changes correctly could go a long way. Also, creating a rapport with your local dealer incase of emergencies is always a good idea. :thumb: ---- ~edit~ sorry newtecky, didn't mean to over-post you.
