We recently had our internet provider change... this could be the problem, but I want to know if it is possible to change from the ext. 200 phone.

When the phone is put on night mode during the day and someone calls in to reach an extension's voicemail, they can't leave a msg because it keeps forwarding back to 200 and they never get anywhere. After 5pm or so, you are able to do that. On all phones in the display it reads "ext.#-600V" for example, ext.200 reads "Call 200-600V". How do we resolve the ringing back to 200 and get this off the displays?

Your help is appreciated!!! Thanks.

When you say 'forwarding back to 200', does it ring the desired extension then they hear the vm greeting in MB200? Or is the caller transferred to actually ring extn. 200?

The "Call 200-600V" means that the voicemail (600) actually lit the msg light on extn 200 letting you know that you have a voice message.

Firstly, exactly what Voyager said and asked.

Secondly, your internet provider changing wouldn't have anything to do with phone changes, unless they provided (and changed) the voice service too.
