Had a customer that had a ivp8-r2 go down. Overnighted a new ivp8-r2 and installed. The only issue i am having is when u dial 1 in 991 to go to extension 10 and all other extensions it coming over the intercom button transfering from the voicmail which I undertsand. Customer says it used to come over the line 1 button with the old voicemail, is there something iam missing?

It sounds like it is doing a supervised transfer, when before they had a blind transfer.
Add an "H" after the extension number in the voicemail box.

They probally had button hopping setup on the extension so when the voicemail transfered the line it wouldnt tie up the PDN.

Without the H, PDN flashes green while line key is solid red. With the H, PDN flashes red and line key flashes green. Most people prefer the latter. Button hopping applies only after answering the call.
