So I did a software update going from Ver 4 to Ver 5.

- I used Network EManager 5
- I first did a successful data backup
- All looked to go fine, and in fact the eManager startup screen showed the new Version 5
- I looked all around in eManager, and all station assignments were there.
- All DID assignments were there.
- All boards were there.
- The phone sets showed all the programmed names on screen.

BUT:
- You cannot call out, you get "All Lines Busy"
- You cannot call station to station, it says, "Extension Vacant"
- You can not call in, the phone company says something like the number is not in service

We have a T-1 service with a PRI Card

Trouble! The phones are down! Help!

* I tried going to a lower version of software from Nov 08 (I used the recently release ver from 03/02/09)
* I tried using eManager Version 4
* I tried a re-boot, I tried Initialize
* I tried pulling some cards
* I checked the licensing info as reported by eManager, all licenses are still there (Is it possible that Version 5 requires a diff lic? If so, where can I get Version 4.2 from?)

Any help I greatly appreciate - Thank you!

Last time this happened to me, reseating the processor did the trick.

No different licensing is needed. Try resetting the PRI card alone, then try re-seating every card securely, especially the processor as phonemeister suggested. If that doesn't work, then try the restore procedure. I don't believe there is a way to "downgrade", from 5.X->4.X, so at that point call Toshiba Tech Support, if it is not working correctly.
