Hi All,

I have a problem on a site with a Woc i am trying to achieve overflow to an external bell. This works a treat and if Reception does not answer it overflows to the Bell. However customer wishes call to then overflow to an external call centre should bell not be picked up. I have enabled system cf cascading in system data and i applied a call forward no answer template to the bell on no answer to go external. However call continues to ring on Bell forever. I decided to disable system call forward and try a manual no answer forward but at the point the external call forward is to envoke call returns to woc with a reason C01. I have tested internally to bell and forward works in both cases and have made sure all recall timers have been extended. Any Ideas?

If you call the bell directly does if forwasrd correctly?

In the call forward digit string are you using a "9"?
If so try creating an OLG access code and use that insted. Dont know what version software you are running but it was an issue for a long time, then it went away, then it came back again....not sure what the status is now, but the OLG access code always worked.

Hi thanks for reply we have tried a different access code i.e 801 and still fails calling bell directly always forwards. Software version on CTX is 3.10 MK049 we are going to try MK062
