I have a customer with a toshiba strata DK424 system and they need to change some programming on the switch. They recently switched to pots lines instead of Centrex and need to take the assumed dial 9 out of programming. Any help??

That will be in LCR programming. Hope you have at least programming sheets if you don't have a full manual. If you are not up to speed on Toshiba programming this isn't for the faint of heart.

EEKS, I will have to check if they have a manual or see if I can download one. I appreciate your assistance.
Take care and have a great day!

Hello amyrez, welcome to the board!
It really would be best to contact a local Toshiba dealer to do the programming. It would be a good idea to setup a rapport with them too, incase of emergencies. As SSPhone said, if you're unexperienced with the DK LCR, then it is "not for the faint of heart".
