What happens when you dial 9 now ? dial 9 is already setup by default , you would just need to take the lines not being used out of the line group you use.

At the intercom, when you dial 9 nothing happens. We do not get a dial tone. It was doing this before but now it doesn't. I guess we have to modify the LCR table, can you give us the steps to do this? Thanks.

you just need to take the lines not being used out of OLG 01.

There are 8 lines in OLG 01. All are being used. Thanks for your help. Also, thanks for deleting the other post.

First lets make sure it is broken before playing with LCR.

Do you see all 8 lines on your phone?

Test it by dialing 9 + a valid 7 or 10 digit number. Don't wait for a second dialtone after dialing 9. If there is something wrong will LCR then it would give you a busy tone and a All Lines Busy message after you dial the number.

Do you see the system pick up a line after you dialed the number?

Put the call on hold, even if it did not connect. Look at the display to see which line is on hold.

By default, dialing 9 will pickup a line that is in OLG1. If it worked before then maybe it is a problem with one of your lines.
