Are you working on a DK or a CTX?
With DK I do not think you can place a CF-A on the ports in a DHG. Try a CF-NA@8 sec.

Okay... just to make sure I understand the workings -
If someone calls the Pilot DN of 400, you have it set to ring immediately. Do you have a Hunt Group set, or are you using a Multiple Call Group?
You say it "will continue to ring" - do you mean the calling party is still getting ringback, even though the call does not audibly ring at the phone?
You also say you have 6 PhDN's programmed on the "main phone" - are you referring to the same phone that does not audibly ring, or another phone in a reception area, that has the same PhDN's as the non-ringing phone?
Lastly, what is your ultimate goal with the PhDN's/HG/MCG here? - do you want to ring a 6 member HG (on multiple phones) then FWD to VM?

Are the phdn's programmed to ring on the phone? You said they were programmed to appear but you did not say ring. Set all of the call forwards on the phdn's manually. For example, if your phdn's are 401-406, go on each one and do #6031-555. Let us know if that works.

it just keeps on ringing and doesnt stop.
But i just found that i did that #6031 on all 6 DNs
401 -- 406 and 406 happend to be the last one (also it shows up on the Display CFNA 406-555 +
But when i call 406 it works so it seems like it only takes 1 at a time.... or the last one i programmed
thasnks
