Hello. I have a Strata CTX 100. I am swapping out my ADKU for a BDKU with BDKS. WinAdmin is up and working properly. I have no clue as to what I need to do now. Any help or advice would be most appreciated.

In order to add the new card any extension associated with the ADKU will have to be deleted , unless it is already programed as a 16 port card , which I dought it. I would really suggest you call a Toshiba tech to assist you in this. You will also need to verify that you have enough licenses for the new extensions you will be adding.

Jason, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting!
Steve is correct - firstly see how the card is programmed currently (8 or 16), then you should verify that you have enough licensing. Check this and get back to us, but you really should get your local Toshiba dealer involved, as this goes beyond basic programming skills.
Also, I would like to know which version of BDKU/BDKS you have. They should have a stamp of "ver.1, 2 or 3"
One more thing... do you have any room left in the cabinet - to add the card in the higher numbered slots? If so, it would be much easier to add at the end and create new extensions.
