CIX-100 -ASTU3A *ASTU *BSIS -BWDKU {16 station digital} -BPTU {T1-PRI} -LIPU -IVP8 4-Port {Using SMDI}
So, incoming calls go to AA (500). AA has a Press "1" for Sales, and this is another message "Thank you for calling Sales Dept."
We have an 800 DID, so we send those calls directly to that message. (for us it is 641).
If I call Sales, it works, then I hang up and quickly call back... Our Main AA (500) answers.
Any ideas?
All you guys are AWESOME!

So are you saying you want the 800 # , to ring straight to (641) ? Is 641 the mailbox for Sales ? You said if you call sales , it works , how are you calling sales ?

Do you have the 800(DID) ringing a Pilot DN?
That would be the best way to do this
If not how are you routing the call to box 641?

I prefer to have a DID ring the voicemail pilot directly with a VMID code.
