Hi realized,

We need to know what model of system you're using, as the 3010-SD phone will work on multiple systems. It should be a Strata DK or CTX/CIX.

Thanks,
Tony

That's great! CIX 670 does sound like your system. If you use eMnager to connect to it, then you are on the CIX/CTX platform.

So, the next step is determining what type of lines you have and where they ring.

Q. Is it the Intercom button you are wanting to ring?
a. If so, then navigate to station assignments-> keys and select the PDN (extension) that you're dealing with and make sure it is set to ring immediately.

Q. Is it the outside lines you are wanting to ring? If so, do you have a PRI or POTS lines?
a. If you have a PRI, then it's probably a PhDN group or MCG that controls the ringing, in which case you would assign that phone to the MCG or PhDN group.
b. If you have POTS lines, then it's probably direct appearing lines on the buttons, in which case you'd have to tell those lines to ring under the station assignments->keys area.

Also, check the key assignment for that extension and make sure that the PDN button is set for immediate ring for all modes.

W00h00, i think that was it, it was set to "no ring".

I changed it to immediate ring.
