Toshiba-CIX IVP8
Isn't there a way to do a SCF to avoid this from happening?
We want Busy/No Answer to go to VM, and we have set up a SCF for this, and the Station has been assigned that SCF Template.
Even so, We are getting this message

Sorry, wrong manual.
In Stratagy System Configuration, set cancel_busy_hold to true.

Did you reboot the IVP8 after the change?

I just tested on my in house test CIX 100 , w/ IVP8 and that should take care of it, like phomemeister said , after sending the change it will ask if you want to restart

Put an H after the extension number in the extension field of the mailbox and see if that helps.

What RRino said should have worked, however since it did not.
You can go into the integration fields in the IVP8. Change the bbbb's to rrrr's. Old trick.
SO Bxxxxxxxbbbb0000000000 becomes Bxxxxxxxrrrr0000000000
ONLY do the bbbb's not the eeee's And right down your changes so you can put it back
