How should i package this? should i just take out all the cards and wrap them in bubble wrap ?
then wrap the case(s) also and ship it out?

I'll second that too.
The cabinet's are not made to be shock absorbing... therefore, all the bumps and shakes it takes cross-country will be transfered to the PCB's - if they were left in the system during shipping. A little extra money and care with packaging and shipping will be more cost effective than paying for a single card to be replaced - especially processor or PRI cards!

I would put the cards in antistatic bags and or wrap them with antistatic bubble wrap

We always save the bags and box's they come in , incase we ever have to ship them anywhere
