im not sure if im doing something wrong but i have a DID 5100 pointing to audio dialing digits to a Phdn that i built on an ext and it works after about a few days or a week the CALL fwd on it stops either rings and rings or
on a RNA it doesnt go to the vm of the prime ext it goes to the main greeting (like the Tagging some how is gone)
but in the phdn programming
i have message center 555
and VMID (prime DN ext) and another field i forgot the name of but i put in the Prime DN ext also

i forgot to add to get it working again i have to blow out the Phdn on the ext and then re add it with the VMID and everything and it works fine ....

Have you tried to manually forward it ? What software are you running on the CTX ? I seem to remember something with system call forward and PHDN's on the old CTX software , have you tried the system call forward enable code for the PHDN when it stops working(#621 or #620) one enables and one disables.
