Hi all,

I had a secretary leave for vaction and she setup her line to transfer calls to another. She cleared that when she came back, but now her extension will not go to voicemail after 4 rings (rings forever now). She doesn't remember how she cleared the forwarding. I'm looking around in eManager and can't find anything obvious. Where should I be looking?

It doesn't appear to be a vmail box problem, as I can still transfer or send a new message to the extension from another phone by using the vmail menu.

All other extensions are working properly.

Thanks!

Sounds like she had a manual call forward to voice mail set on her phone #6041

Goto station assignments and set call forward there, then she can forward and un-forward her phone, and it will not clear the forward to voice mail.

Thanks. Option 12 - System call forward for that extension is set the same as the others (to 1) in eManager. I'm looking at Advanced Config - Station - Assignments - Basic tab for her extension. Would it be somewhere else?

Try a #620(system call forward activate) from her phone. #621 is to de-activate.

If that doesn't work, try #6051 and #6053.

Thanks so much to everyone. #620 did the trick.
