Hello -

We have a 1-888 # that was set to ring at one extension at some time before I or my cohort began working here.

We are at the point where this needs to be changed to another ext, although we do not have any documentation on how this was set up....Any help is greatly appreciated.

We have a DK 424 system and DK 2000/3000 phones

Well prez I would suggest a call to your local Toshiba Dealer to get this taken care of because if you have never programmed a DK it's not a easy as you my think. If you dont have a local dealer you can try the Installers link at the top of the page.
