I have a CIX670, numbers follow: Equipment Type: CIX670 : B--U Equipment Version: AR5.20 MT022.00 VM Sofware Version: 5.5.26
I have a customer who wants to be able to record his conversations.
I think that the system will support it using 'Call Record'.
Does anyone know how to configure this function?
Thanx in advance!!

The key will record the call and put it in the voicemail box. The recording time is limited to the per message recording time in the mailbox settings.
If you have Prg 204 FB 23 set to Auto, then they won't have to log into the mailbox when they press the button.
A Pause button is often to stop/start recording.
The user would have to prett the button on every call they want recorded

The voicemail is a StratagyES and should already be setup to do this. The phones will need a record key. If set to auto then it will immediately begin recording when pushed. If it is not set to auto then you would press the record key followed by # to send it to the mailbox of the telephone.
