I am having a very odd issue, I just migrated from Centrex ines to a PRI and now I cannot transmit DTMF on incoming calls.

If I make an outbound dial I can dial DTMF once the call is established (For IVR's etc) but if an IVR has to call me back no DTMF outpulse appears to be possible on the call.

I am running out of ideas where to check, I have confirmed if I plug into an analog port and receive a call I can outpulse DTMF, this appears to be isolated to the digital stations.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm not sure if this will work, but try the following.
1. Prog 30 LED 11 off for all stations.
2. Prog 35 LED 13 off LED 14 on for all stations.
3. Prog 31 LED 17 on for all digital stations.

Those programs can be found under Administration-->Program Administration Section-->Station Options Programs.
1. LED 11="Tie/DID Dial Pulse Only"
2. LED 13="Key 13-TR After Answer". LED 14="Key 14-TR After Answer". Leave Key-13 unchecked. Place checkmark for Key 14.
3. LED 17="End to End Signal".
Remember to save and upload.

I checked and these were all set as you recommended except Key 14, I changed it but no change in functionality.

I assume I do not need to restart the phone system for any of these changes.

No, you don't need to recycle the power. End to end signaling is off by default. Are you sure it was enabled for the digital stations?

Yeah that one I turned on before posting, I actually did try to research this first :p

The option was "End/End Signal Receive (VM)"

The only thing I can think of is to program an "ISDN Start" button (code 469) and press that button before you outpulse your digits to the caller (or IVR).

I tried this last night but still no change frown

I notice the ISDN Start key doesnt do anything really when I receive a call but when I make calls the LED is on? Pressing the key doesnt seem to actually do anything.
