We have recently added a new Cisco VOIP solution to a new corporate building for our company. Our other two sites have Toshiba CIX 670's. Each building is connected via a point-to-point T1. We are trying to get the SIP trunks working on the Toshiba system to integrate with the Cisco equipment.
The system that has the MIPU card is: Equipment Type: CIX670 : B--U Equipment Version: AR5.20 MT025.00 And we have 8 SIP Trunk licenses installed.
The cisco equipment is providing the signaling. On the Toshiba side, it is not see the trunk. When trying to make a call through it, it gets a fast busy. From the cisco side, it shows a reset packet was received from the Toshiba side.
Both sides can ping each other.
Anyone have any ideas on what to check for?
The goal is to allow a 4 digit dial between sites over the SIP trunk.

We were able to get this to work. We had to move the card to a specific slot in our cabinet for whatever reason (Slot 3, Cabinet 1).
And for each extension on the Toshiba Side, you have enter in the extension in the URI table, which has to be done one by one and you are only allowed 160 extensions per MIPU card.

My apologies for digging up this old thread. But this is exactly what I want to do with a project I am working on.
We have a CIX 670, CIX 100, and a CIX 200 in 3 locations. We are rolling out Cisco VOIP to 3 other locations (and will at some point consume all telephony into Cisco).
Could you help me with how to go about configuring this sip trunk or is there a config guide somewhere?
Toshiba CIX 670, 100, and 200 User.

It's wise to start a new topic.
Thanks
