Also I believe Toshiba has a Tech Document which explains hou to set up a P2P. It will tell you how to program the LCR and DSS/BLF.

We have our current Toshiba vendor working on Integrating a SIP trunk to a Cisco VOIP solution and they are failing to get anything accomplished and are just jacking us around. We have asked them about this issue and will not make any changes unless we put in a separate ticket with them. Even though they have been there for pretty much all day to make this 5 minute change.

But if you go in there and start tinkering with something you're not familiar with, that may throw your warranty out the window. LCR is not a simle task especially with the type of setup you have. Re-iterate what you want done with your vendor and be firm. Otherwise, you are free to find another vendor.

We have got this to work. We had to change the OLG to use the TIE line connection instead of the PRI connection, and add Leading digits (Node ID + 9 to access and outside line).
