Hope someone can help me with a Toshiba DK 40i system and Stratagy voicemail.
I cannot get a voicemail box to take calls from an external line which redirected to an extension 16 using the call forward fixed setting to voicemail (ext 18). The voicemail box for extension 16 works find for internal calls. When the call forward fixed is on the external call just rings out.
THE SETUP IS AS FOLLOWS
When the system is set in night service an individual line rings only at extension 16 and when the call forward fixed is switch on it should take messages but it doesn’t as I said above it works fine internally. The line is analogue (POTS)

In prog. *87 select the line number(001 for line 1 etc.) and then select the port number for the extension you want the line to flash on. This will cause the line to flash and ring directly on the dn and thus follow the forwarding programmed on the extension.
