Ello -
I have a DK 424 system that understands what economic situation we are in that it gives me great job security!
Our receptionist phone (DK 2020SD) does not pick up an open line after lifting the handset. Also the SPKR button does not work! It seems this is preventing calls to be transferred from this phone as well.
PLEASE HELP!

Switch out the phone, sounds like a hook switch problem.
